1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DropSet. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our services.
- Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
4. Health Disclaimer
DropSet is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical application. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme. You assume all risk associated with physical activity.
5. Intellectual Property
The DropSet name, logo, and application code are owned by the developer. Your workout data belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep DropSet running reliably but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropSet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@dropsetapp.com.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
